KLAPP – Kotak Learning and Per 2.8.6

Kotak Mahindra Bank has launched KLAPP, an app focused on online learning for its employees. This application aims to enhance business performance through helpful tools and tips while facilitating real-time connectivity among employees.

Introducing a modern approach to learning and connectivity, KLAPP boasts several key features:

• Announcements: Stay updated with the latest broadcasts, no matter where you are.
• Events: Access detailed information about ongoing learning events within the company.
• My Course: Engage in quick learning with short courses on-the-go.
• Sales Assist: Obtain customer-facing product details, quick product tips, relevant documentation, responses for customers and employees, product and process queries, and real-time email brochures and forms.
• Unique QR Code: Each employee receives a personalized QR code to monitor participation in training programs.

Future updates promise additional features such as onboarding for new employees, discussion forums, and leaderboards. It is important to note that only Kotak Mahindra Bank employees have access to KLAPP. Thank you.
